The How-To Job Coach
"What" alone doesn't help. Get the specifcs of "how" and "why" too

Wondering why some people get hired.....but you're still unemployed?

Because the components of finding a job are skills; change the way you're doing things and you'll see a difference in your results!

I found your site through a web search and 'Find The Perfect Job' was too intriguing to pass up. I was skeptical that the information would be of value since there seems to be so many 'career coaches' and most don't have a clue!

I'm also skeptical when things seem to be good to be true but I am no longer a skeptic.  I have found the reports, the ebook and the webinars to be worth their weight in gold. I am more confident/personable during interviews and feeling that I am actually in control when I do them. My cover letter addresses what is in ad, and identifying what I am looking for and why.

Unemployed, no results, and time drags on

Finding a job is a frightening and tough thing to do these days. There are hundreds of people interested in that same position you’re eyeing.

You’ve got a great background, why wouldn’t you get hired? Send off your resume - so what if it’s a few weeks?

Except it becomes more than that. No reponse to your resume. A few interviews but no offers. More resumes go out, and still nothing happens. You're frustrated, depressed, and money is running out.  You think about getting some help, but that costs money.

It can be paralyzing. There are a lot of coaches out there with more popping up all the time. Who will give you results? What if you pay for something and nothing changes?

Lots of coaches with not much knowledge

It costs you valuable funds and depresses you further if you hire the wrong person.  Some coaches have successfully transformed their own career - that's not enough.  Others have hired people (50 maybe?), but that doesn't make them an expert.  Plus, you're getting only their opinion.

What about a coach that has worked with hundreds of hiring authorities over 22 years?  Consulting regularly on the hiring of entry level management to C-level executives – discussing resumes, candidates, hiring strategies, offers, negotiations, and everything else in the process?.

What if you could learn what's inside the hiring authority's head and put to use techniques and examples that bring you results, and you can begin by simply reading my newsletter articles?  It's a long newsletter full of information and it's free.

Learning "what" to do doesn't help if you don't know "how"

Because there's psychology involved.  You need to know how the hiring authority thinks.  And if what's happening is because of how you're doing it.  There are ways to follow up, but not all of them are effective.  And networking is only the rage because no one really knows the other three methods of finding a job, (all of which are much more effective), much less how to do them.  So networking wins by default.

Finding a job isn't about just finding a job, but with so many coaches, that's all you learn.  What happens if you wake up three months later and hate where you work?  Learning how to do this step by step - even in a market like this one - is not only possible, it's easy. Knowing  the How To of what to do, the strategy, the psychology behind it, while being honest about everything, is the difference between finding a job and continuing to sit at home worrying.

It's the pieces that make up the whole

Learnable factors that make a difference in your outcome, range from your resume to your cover letter to how you follow up, how you interview and what you communicate both verbally and non- verbally.  In every single instance, you're either helping your cause....or working against yourself. How do you know if you're working against yourself?   By how much is happening...........or isn't.

It's a buyers' market.  If you want to be hired, it's time to learn a new skill - one that will get the money coming in.  Subscribing to a free newsletter is a small investment to make for what you'll learn and will use your entire life:  how to find a new job and one you love.

If you're sending out resumes and cover letters but getting less than an 80% interest back, there's a problem.  What you're doing isn't working.  And if you’re depressed, worried, and fearful, that only perpetuates the cycle. Finding a job is a skill and the skills I teach you will remove the obstacles

By showing you how to, you learn begin to take control of your career.  By reading the newsletter articles, you won't be guessing anymore, and gradually you'll see a difference in your results and you'll feel more confident and capable.

All you need to do is re-learn the pieces of the process so you can take charge of it!
