Testimonials

I don’t want to jump to too many conclusions based on just a few interactions, but Judi, you’re one of my favorite persons. And I think it stems from your own strong and highly intuitive and intelligent self awareness, and the mindset you walk with. You’re a whole bean in a sea of chaff. Thank you for this. Yes. May your path be lively and full of life, opportunity, connection, wealth and friendship.
---Paul V. Atlanta, GA

I took the class because I need to be able to send a really strong professional cover letter that will have the reader read it and look at my resume.  I learned that I had a great opening paragraph and several other smaller points. The most valuable aspect was your critique and eagle eye. (That is a true complement and I hope you take it as such)  Judi I feel very strongly that you can really be great and helpful. I realize this is a first and there will be bumps. Once everything settles down I think you will be able to offer a VERY STRONG AND MUCH NEEDED PROGRAM. Please keep tearing up the letters and letting us know better ways to do the letters. This is invaluable.

I had been fired from a job I loathed. While I had already begun the process to change professions before termination, I had not had any success. I had gone on several interviews and had gotten to the last step in the process only to not get selected. I read online one of Judi’s articles and thought she might have some helpful advice. Judi helped me realize I had more to offer than what I was conveying to prospective hiring managers and really helped me get a sense of confidence about what I was selling - me! Through a deep-dive into the the ‘why’s and ‘how’s of my experiences, I was able to see the value I could bring to the table.

I enjoyed the phone dialogue and the responsive emails. They were very helpful, poignant, timely and thought-provoking. The resume writing experience ultimately was very helpful, but painful. I don’t, however, see any way round it. Her experience in dealing with people in different industries over the years was a key benefit in helping me realize the different ways my communications could be interpreted and allowed me to craft smarter communiques. To say she has been a great resource would be to understate her utility; she has been like a best-friend/parent/favorite teacher and I am all the better for it. I received an offer to work in my chosen field of work and feel confident I can excel in it.

Judi: After we discussed my resume and career objectives I sent out another round of resume. Within a few weeks I interviewed and was offered several positions. I have been in my new and finally out of manufacturing management since December and I absolutely love what I do! I took an operations manager job that includes oversight of all marketing and advertising initiatives within the organization. I have no doubt that speaking to you and revising my resume is what got me this position and the plan you gave me was very instrumental in my getting here. I now have a great new job with limitless potential. Thank you for your guidance and expertise I wish you the best of luck, I hope you can help others as you have helped me. Thanks again.
