WHAT'S YOUR GUARANTEE?
For products - lifetime. You don't like it or think you wasted your money - I'll give you your money back.
For services - that's different. It's an interactive process. I teach you, and you decide if you want to do it. If you have problems or issues, I'll either notice it, or you need to bring it up. Generally, I don't offer money back on services because if you decide not to do the work, then the results won't happen. Like my dad always said, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.
On the other hand, as many of my clients - especially retainer - will attest, they get caught up in life. Parents or kids get sick, vacations take place (I go on vacation too!), etc. During those instances, I stop the clock. I don't believe that a client should pay for services of which they can't avail themselves. And let's be honest, who's going to write cover letters and that kind of thing when they're on vacation?
In general? If you have a problem - with anything - please let me know. I can't promise I'll do what you want, becuase that obviously depends on the issue. But I do promise to listen and be fair.
IS YOUR SITE SECURE?
Goodness yes. I wouldn't buy from a site that wasn't secure, so I certainly wouldn't ask others to do that. The certificate is through VeriSign, and will appear on the checkout pages the site to verify that they're secure. It's licensed for use to the company through which I have my website, because they are the ones who host it. Thus the VeriSign certificate and assurance of security is universal throughout the sites of their members, of which I am one. You can be assured that all check out pages are secure.
WHAT"S YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
